Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by LuxeWrap Studio Kft. (hereinafter "LuxeWrap"). By booking a service you agree to these terms.

3. Services

We provide vehicle wrapping, paint protection film (PPF), and window tinting by appointment only at our workshop. All services are custom-made to each customer's specific requirements.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted individually based on the vehicle and service requested. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

5. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) on consumer-business distance contracts, consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

However, pursuant to Article 29(1)(c) of the same Decree, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully performed if performance began with the consumer's prior express consent and the consumer acknowledged that they would lose their right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed.

When confirming a booking, we will request your explicit written consent to begin the service. By providing this consent, you acknowledge that upon full performance you will lose your right of withdrawal.

7. Warranty for Defects (Kellékszavatosság)

In the event of defective performance, you are entitled to assert warranty claims against us under the Hungarian Civil Code (Act V of 2013). You may request repair or replacement in the first instance; if neither is possible, you may request a proportionate price reduction or — as a last resort — withdraw from the contract. Warranty claims must be submitted within 2 years of performance.

8. Liability

We take the utmost care with every vehicle. We are not liable for pre-existing damage documented before the service began. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

9. Dispute Resolution

Conciliation Body (Békéltető Testület)

If a dispute between you and LuxeWrap cannot be resolved by direct negotiation, you may turn to the conciliation body with territorial jurisdiction over our registered address:

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 (Civil Code) and Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.). Disputes not resolved through the conciliation body shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent Hungarian courts.
